Golf Privilege Card We have discontinued the Golf Privilege Card program for 2007. Please visit LungUSA.org to find other associations that participate in the program. Indiana's Golf Privilege Card Plus will contain 27 Michigan courses this year. The American Lung Association of Michigan would like to thank the golf course owners, management, pros and countless golfers that have supported us through this program for so many years.
